How to book domestic flight tickets on www.itzmeriyatra.com for your customer:
  1. Visit www.itzmeriyatra.com and enter "username" & "password" and click on "Login".
  2. Enter passenger journey details and click on "Find Flights" as per passenger's preference.
  3. Select flight as per passenger's preference & click on "Select Depart". As you select depart you will be shown the flight details & can click on "Continue Booking".
  4. You can review the flight, price details; accept terms & conditions and click on "Continue Booking". Enter passenger details & click on "Continue Booking".
  5. Select ICW master account or ItzCash/noQ24x7 essential services card and click on continue. Enter ICW master account or ItzCash/noQ24x7 essential services card no. (12 digit) & password (4 digit) & click on continue.
  6. E-ticket will be shown of which print out can be taken and handed over to customer.

Note down your transaction ID or take a printout of the confirmation page for your customer's reference.

How to book international flight tickets on www.itzmeriyatra.com for your customer:
  1. Visit www.itzmeriyatra.com and enter 'Username and Password' and click on "Login"
  2. Click on "International Flights", enter journey details and click on "Find Flights"
  3. View the flights and click on "Book Online"
  4. Review flight details, accept the 'Terms and Conditions' and click on "Continue Booking"
  5. Enter passenger details, click on "Continue Booking". Select 'ICW Master Account' and click on "Continue"
  6. Enter ItzCash Master account no. (12 digit) & password (4 digit) & click on continue.
  7. The E-ticket will be shown take a print and handed over to customer for reference.

ItzMeriYatra online cancellation process flow:
  1. Visit www.itzmeriyatra.com and enter "username" & "password" and click on "Login".
  2. If you want to cancel ticket online then go to "My bookings" and click on ticket in "Cancel Booking".
  3. Click on "Cancel depart" and click on "Proceed to review".
  4. Agree to the "Terms & Conditions" and click on "Cancel Flight".
  5. You can view flight cancellation details which can be used for future reference.
